Provided Test Manager resource responsible for both the System and Integration testing of the projects contained within the quarterly release programme for the UK Market. Each release contained up to 15 individual projects.
Redesigned the Testing Methodology to support the move from delivering via individual projects to delivering by multiple projects within a single code release. Created and delivered a training programme to support this and introduced the concept of testing phases (System, Integration and User Acceptance testing) to improve testing quality..
