Provided Test Manager resource to run the Continental European Test
Team. Responsible for both the System and Integration testing phases on
numerous French & Italian account acquisition & account servicing
projects.
Introduced the European Test Strategy, including the development of a number of documentation templates. Also designed and delivered a comprehensive training programme to support and promote the use of the Test Strategy. This included the introduction of a number of Test Simulators to improve testing accuracy.
